Coor acquires Inspira
STOCKHOLM, November 8, 2021 / PRNewswire / – Coor today signed an agreement to acquire Inspira, a well-run family business that provides workplace services, mainly focused on cleaning, for a large number of the centre’s customers. Sweden. Acquisition increases Coor’s geographic coverage in the center Sweden and generates significant synergies.
Inspira has 1,400 employees and an annual turnover of some 700 million Swedish kronor. The purchase consideration (in cash and without debt) amounts to 380 million Swedish kronor and corresponds to an EV / EBITA multiple of approximately 8x compared to current EBITA, and close to 6x when the expected synergies are realized in 2023. The acquisition is fully funded under Coor’s existing financing.

The acquisition of Inspira will be finalized after the usual review by the Swedish Competition Authority. The transaction is expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2021.
